If You Want a Roof that Will Last for Decades, Hire a Company that has Been Around for Decades

Let our premium products Provide beauty and protection For your home

A lot has changed in the roofing industry since my Dad started this business in 1968.  Some of the largest shingle manufacturers have reduced the quality of their products to the point where it isn’t uncommon to replace a roof after only 10-15 years. At the same time, finding people that take pride in their work and are willing to take the time to do it right has gotten increasingly difficult.  Every year we replace roofs that failed prematurely due to inferior materials and we repair many more that were installed incorrectly.

Roofing is all that we do so we put a very high emphasis on quality installation.  All of our roofs qualify for an Enhanced Wind Warranty up to 130mph. We also take jobsite condition and care very seriously. We rarely operate any heavy equipment anywhere but your driveway and we do our very best to keep the jobsite as clean as possible at all times.  We want to leave your yard looking as though we had never been there.

Because we install hundreds of thousands of square feet of roofing every year we know what materials perform the best.  We highly recommend the Malarkey brand of shingles.  I personally know how well Malarkey shingles perform because we put them on my own home over 25 years ago.  Additionally, many insurance companies will give you a significant discount if you re-shingle your home with the Vista Class 3 or Legacy Class 4 shingles which can pay for the cost of the higher quality shingle in just a few years.  Just call our office to find out more.

We think you’ll be surprised how affordable it can be to use the highest quality materials with the highest quality installation.  However if your budget necessitates a compromise, we have also included a price for an “economy” shingle, the Malarkey Highlander. Please feel free to reach out for more information.

Sincerely,
